Maintaining variable capacity lid air pressure

Would like to leave house for more than a week but afraid variable capacity tank lid bladder might lose enough pressure for air to enter. Have used these for years and occasionally there is a drop in pressure due to some unseen circumstance. Has anyone tried using an automatic air pump on their lids rubber bladder? All pumps have auto shut-off settings but cannot find one one with auto start.
