Good Day,
I am new to making white wine as I usually make reds. Will I need to add the Malolactic to my Pinot Grigio?

Thanks

The only white I have ever put through MLF is a Chardonnay. Only made Pinot Grigio once and did not put it through MLF

If you say "Pinot Grigio," this implies a fresh, crisp, light style, as often vinted in northern Italy. If you say "Pinot Gris," this generally refers to a riper, less acidic, more complex style, more common in Alsace. In its extreme forms, MLF (and aging sur lie) is sometimes done on Pinot Gris.
