Mandarin-pee, not the best review

My neighbor is an 85 year old, still farming his commercial mandarin orchard. He gives me bags and bags of mandarins during the season. In return I give him wine and jam I’ve made from the mandarins. At the end of last season he had a lot left over and I said if he would make juice, I’d make a hard mandarinade out of it.

I made it just like I’ve made Skeeter and frankly it tastes just like it to me. He wasn’t a fan
