Okay, the MMM Amarone is clearing but ever so slowly, 3 weeks now and still not very clear.

I just started the MMM Rojo Intensio. Same thing as the Amarone, full
to less than an inch of the top of the primary and tiny pin point
fermenting bubbles. This is so odd to me. The Amarone went completely
dry so I assume this will too, just seems like it's not working hard
enough. Temp is 78 without brew belt. SG has dripped from 1.092 to
1.030 in only 3.5 days. If you look at the picture closely you can see a
wispy cloud of tiny bubbles . . . that's the fermentation.

That's how the bulk of my fermentations go whether fresh grapes, juice, or kits. Open the lid, and it sounds like a glass of freshly poured coca-cola. Just fizzing away.

Huuuum, most of mine have big thick heads like a good cold brewski.

Ive had both. Is this kit using the same yeast as the other ones you have been doing. Some yeasts arent as active while others ferment like crazy. Cotes Des Blanc can be hard to tell its even fermenting sometimes!

EC1118
BTW I hear my pump arrived today. thanks

EC1118 is about the least foaming yeast I've ever used. I get huge caps with RC212 and D254. Also BH1 is a super foamer for me.
