I thinking about making this Cru Select Platinum kit. Has anyone made this, and how are you liking it it? But I hear alot about the Tuscan w/ merlot skins.

Have not made that Select kit but if your asking about the Super Tuscan Winery Series its one of the best kits on the market.

You wont be sorry but you will need to give it at least 8 months and man does it get good at about 1 year and later. For the most part I will be making mostly wine from grapes from now on but I may slip this in the mix only because its awesome.

Thanks again Wade, tonight or over the weekend ill place the order for it. Ill let it age in the carboy for a year. Now that I have been in to wine making for almost a year now. Some of my wine's I will be starting to injoy. Now I can make a kit and leave it alone for a long time since I will be starting to having my own wine to drink.
