Hey everybody. I've made a few posts already but I guess I should introduce myself. The name's Joe, I like romantic movies and long walks on the beach...wait wrong site...
But really, I'm a career firefighter in CT and I love making wine. I started with beer and progressed to wine. I've only done juice up until now but I bought a full compliment of advanced windmaking equipment to start from grapes. I'm looking forward to doing large batches of full bodied reds and filling up my newly built wine cellar!
I've done my research by reading about 5 different books and stumbling through the process but I am still very amateur and very open to suggestion. I would like to take the time to thank everybody in advance and I look forward to meeting you all!
PS-I don't actually know Wade except from a different forum. Its just coincidence that we live in the same small town!
