I haven't fermented my samples yet. I'm thinking of using them for fpacs as I only have 24oz.

Tom - Did you ever ferment the samples you ordered?

Are those 5 gallon buckets of juice at around 65 brix? So that would either make a great Ice wine or be diluted down to about 15 gallons. Do you have a price range for these buckets as I didnt see one on their site.

At the time I called them, mid-summer maybe, the BB was 237.50 + shipping for 5G of 65brix concentrate - $47.50/g

The sour cherry was $40/g and the Red Raspberry was $87/g

Thanks, not sure I would make that much of any one wine at a time though.

I like Walkers fruit farm as you can buy 5 gallons of fresh hot packed juice and in many many varities! I have a 5 gallon bucket of Rhubarb and 1 of Riesling jusr begging me to be fermented as we speak.

What do they charge you to ship up to there if you don't mind me asking?
