Hi, I started some gorse flower wine about 9 months ago and although it smells not too good it tastes quite good (this is my second time making wine). The problem is there are like clouds on the surface of the wine. Now I understand you can get cloudy and clear wine and there are processes to get it clear but I would have thought cloudyness would mean just hard to see through, but the strange thing is the cloudiness is in lines (literally like clouds in the sky or streaks) and it kinda worries me. Is it safe to drink? Sorry for a noobish question but ive googled photos and just see wine thats hard to see through and nothing like this.

Thanks.

might be a surface bacterial problem. rack from boom up so the top inch or so is not siphoned. then double dose K-meta. if it come back dump it. nect time make sure your ph level is proper and good sanitizing practices followed.
