Mulberry wine

Anyone ever use mulberries had some first time. Boy are they sweet.

go to Jack Kellers web site for a recipe on mulberry wine. I imagine a internet search would also yield quite a few recipes. Actually can substitute into a blackberry recipe.

I used Jack Keller's recipe. It calls for adding raisins to add body. I let it sit a year and it came out really nice.

Here's a tip use straight juice. Don't add any water!!
