Sorry I too skipped this process to say hi and am so glad to be part of the family. Being persistant, i believe I'll do good with wine. This Choc/Rasp Port is my 3rd kit, all from WE. Gonna try an RJS kit next. I hail from NW La, and am a cabinet maker. Got some nice racks in production right now. The sky's the limit when you have a few talent genes, lol.I like to tweak everything, so I'll be bugging y'all. CHEERS!

Welcome Wag, I too am a cabinet maker now turned custom stair bldr due to economy which I like better but its worse for my back. Glad to have you aboard and if you can please post pics of racks and Plans if you would share so others can copy if they like in the proper forum area.

So you are a tweaker? That's OK, but don't tweak for tweaking's sake; make sure your tweaks have a real purpose. Just remember that having a balanced wine is important, so always ask yourself if the tweak, which you are contemplating, is going to unbalance your wine.
