:b OK, it's May 7th.

:b What are you doing on that day?

:b I will be brewing 30 gallons with my home brew club. We expect to brew 300++ gallons of brew. :b :b

well the local brew club has a big brew... told me i was more than welcome to come. asked for an address about 4 times in the last 2 months... no response. so i'm gonna make about 5 gallons of a pilsner.

Ill actually be brewing 2 - 5g. batches. I have a Bluemon clone recipe clearing right now and Ill be doing another Magic Hat #9 and a Cream Ale. Those are my 3 favorite and most of the people that come over my house loved those also. On a side note I opened up a bottle of beer (Nut Brown Ale with vanilla beans) that I brewed almost 6 years ago and it tasted as good as it ever did. I was truly amazed at this and didnt expect it. I must say that most of this time its been in my cellar on a shelf but hidden behind all my Sparkling wine and forgotten about. I thought I would be pouring it all out as I have about 3 six packs of this stuff left but dang nam it the stuff is awesome still!

Well the rusults are in.
We brewed 504 gallons of beer at the brew day on Saturday, so far it's far and away the largest total of any of the sites that have reported across the country...
That would be:
1007 growlers
4032 Pints
5372 12oz. Bottles
...223 Cases of 12oz. bottles
6.72 Gallon Avg. per brewer
