My Brother, who has been an avid bottle collector for years gave me this neat, 4 chamberliquorbottle last weekend. I hope George has some corks that will fit it or can find me some. I will use it for 4 different wines made by the Cats Meow. I have never seen a bottle like it. He gave me 6 others that I will get some pictures of later. It cleaned up great in a soaking in Oxy Clean and as shown in the second picture, I was able to get the old corks out using the ever trusty Wal-Mart bag extraction method.

The video shows it better than I could explain it.

Hopefully it will be Bert if i can find corks to fit it

Any idea what size corks Waldo? I have a few odd smaller ones from some stuff I purchased at a private party sell, maybe some you could use? I'll dig around and see what I have.

Beautiful bottle.....

Maybe try a drug store for corks.....they might have something that would work.....

Waldo, try an airlock in that bottle openings. If it is about the same size, you can get rubber plugs at least that are that size. I have a bunch and use them to make a solid stopper out of a drilled one when needed. That would give you a reference size at least and would give you some stoppers to try the bottle out.

I love old bottles...I used to go to the Ohio River bank and dig old bottles from what used to be the town dump...I guess. Very cool bottles with glass stoppers.

Are you going to use it for wine??

I plan to Ramona if I can find suitable cork or stoppers.

Appleman, I tried the airlock and it is a bit loose in the opening so not sure if the plugs you spoke of would work
