Hello, I've been making wine from kits for about 5 years and have now decided to graduate to making wine from fruits!

I came here to get all the advice I can get and hopefuly make new friends!

I'm a military trucker, presently posted in Halifax ( best posting ever!). Married with two kids.

Hello and welcome Big Jeff.

You can definitely make several friends here and at the same time learn alot and learn us about wine making.

It has become a great addiction. We had family over tonight and my wife took a few downstairs to see how "bad" things have become. A whole ex bedroom has been swallowed up with carboys.

Some fermenting, some clearing. Some ageing etc. It's a blast. Hope you enjoy your time on here.

Yeah for me too! It's also contagious! I don't count the number of people I got started on wine makin!!
Of course it helps when you show up at a party with a 1/2 a case of wine instead of just a bottle!!
