Well we do home wines because it is fun. Having a nice label is part of the package, , , we eat with our eyes before we eat with our mouth. All this said, we do eat with our mouth. Fighting oxidation is critical for producing small batch low tannin and fruit wines.
 
Hello everybody!

I am new to winemaking, currently setting up my "lab" and will soon start my first batch (Niagara variety) with juice from my local vineyard.

Got a bit ahead of myself and started working on a label design already šŸ˜

Welcome, Adam. Where in Upstate are you? I lived in the Rochester area (Fairport) a while back.
