Hey everyone just started looking for new ideas for garden produce and thought about wine. Did a little research and am already hooked and my equipment kit won't be here till Thursday. Have a surplus of watermelon and have been looking at recipes for a week and a half now. I know it's a hard wine to start with but the information I have gleaned from the site has given me some confidence that I can do it. I'll be starting this weekend and I'll keep you all posted
