Thanks for all the welcomes.
I've done 2 gallon batches of apple wine, tea wine, and one gallon mead.
My biggest problem besides financing is LACK of PATIENCE!
Right now I have a 5 gallon pail of tea wine 12 days in.
10 lbs sugar 100 tea bags 14oz raisins 4oz lemon juice and a 1 1/4 cups grape nuts simmered and the strained liquid added as nutrient. I've set the pail on top of a 60watt lamp timer controlled to keep must warm. This has been my most vigorous ferment to date. I had expectations of it finishing by now or very soon.
