Hello I am Charles I am from Illinois, Just getting into making wine, ordered a Master Vintner Fresh Harvest 3 gallon Fruit Wine Making Kit. Made cheap wine before just using frozen juice concentrate so decided to try using fresh fruit so I can have more variety of flavoring
