WineXpert New WE Blackberry Port

I just racked off and stabilized the new Blackberry Port. So far this kit (unlike the choc. raspberry port) is going according to the directions. Won't be that much longer and I will have the F-pack added and then I can taste it. I will keep you updated on this new kit.

WOW! What an awesome wine! I bottled tonight and this wine its wonderful. Great body and taste. Not too strong with the blackberry, a nice balance. The first thing I noticed was the mouth feel, with one sip it gives the sensation that it fills your mouth. There so many different notes that it is hard to describe. I highly recommend this new kit.

Thanks for the update. I have so much dessert wine and Ports that I just could nit justify another of these but it does sound very good. A member on this forum that rarely comes around due to being very successful with his buisness even in this economy made his own about 5 years back and it came out awesome with the malt extract.
