Newbie in FL

Hello,
I am just about to start into kit winemaking. I brew beer long time ago and currently doing cheese also, nice and relaxing experiences. Figured this might be a good mix for the cheese...

Quick question as a start, is One-Step Cleanser good for sanitizing also? So I just use same chemical to rub/clean and then (with fresh solution) inmerse for sanitize? OR do I still need to go through Potassium Meta...

Opinions vary on this topic. I use one step whenever I am cleaning. For sanitizing and everyday tasks like getting an SG reading I clean and follow up with a spritz of K meta. You really cannot overdue sanitization, if you want to make good wine.
