Hey All -
Just bottled my first 2 gallons, one blackberry & one raspberry hibiscus from a Keller recipe. Shall we say, there were a few bumps in the road which I couldn't have fixed without this forum. Looking forward to learning more, and possibly adding something to this great knowledge base.

It won't take you long before you'll know a lot.

Now that I've been at it ~18 months with maybe 10+ kits and 3 Dragon Blood (DB) berry wine batches under my belt I consider myself an expert... No, no, not really but I have gained a lot of knowledge, confidence and experience both from doing and by getting information off this wonderful site.

My biggest challenge comes in a few weeks when I try making a DB peach variation for my wife. What have you got planned for your next wine making adventure?
