I have all my wines aging (tuscan, barolo, Brunello [2], pinot noir & white wino {white in name only})
I typically drink big reds, loaded with oak. I am trying to venture away from that at least once!
My LHBS has 2 kits available Cab Sav or merlot. It is either Rj Spags or We & both are higher end.
Commercially I really have both rarely.
I have had a white rock cab from Napa,
And generic merlot.
I don't drink them often enough to have an opinion or knowledge of them.
Any opinions or recommendations as to which should be next in my carboy?
Or do I stick with big bold Italians?
