My son and I started doing wine kits about two and a half years ago. We're on our 14th kit. It's an RJS En Premier Super Tuscan. We're 8 days into primary fermentation, and this is the first kit that never bubbled through the air lock. On the good side, I believe, is that it smells normal, and the SG, which started out at 1.097 is in range at 1.016.
Should I be concerned?
