Hello all,

I had no heat last night. Oil heater blew. So I figured that the temp dropped to about maybe 50, give or take. I have a Zin, Syrah, Viognier and High test (beer) in carboys right now fermenting. I have noticed that the carboys started to suck instead of releasing. Is this a huge problem.

Zin is in stage 3.
Syrah is in stage 4.
Viognier is getting ready to be bottled.
High test is getting for sugar.

Thanks again

They will be fine. Just dont bottle any until you have them warmed back
up so that you can degas them properly, 75* is the recommended temp for
degassing.

I agree. Fortunately you are far enough along in the process that the colder temps should not affect the product.
