Checked to see if my DB was clear and low and behold this glass was too pretty to put back in the carboy!! 1 teaspoon of sugar and a toast to my new helpful friends!! Cheers!!

Arne I am sure you are right so I have a batch with 4 fruit and raison a week behind this one! Did I mention the skeeter pee and mojito skito that have just been stabilized? I have been heeding the advice of wise members like you!!

Now start bottling in beer bottles. They're the perfect size for pouring over a big glass of ice! And you can say that you only had a couple! Dale.
