Not 100% juice

I have some ocean spray juice that is 15% juice but it has no preservatives any reason I can't ferment it?

I assume the rest must be water?

add enough sugar to get the specific gravity up to at least 1080 add yeast and go

Thanks, it read at 1.05 without sugar so I'm going to add sugar and nutrient, then pitch, cran mango wine sounds pretty tasty.

It should turn out ok. I make Blueberry/Pomegrante with the Ocean Spray and it one of my family's favorite.

Also, add some tannin to it.

I have made the blue-pom using Northland juice and came out pretty good. Using the Ocean Spray this time will see the
difference between the two.
