Oak, oak and more oak

Started a WineXpert Portuguese Douro kit which contained 5 packages of oak, I wonder if they put in too many? 2 packages of sawdust, 2 packages of small chips and one package of "special Oak"? Maybe they think I making chip board? bk

The winexpert website doesn't mention what it comes with but it's probably correct. If you're really in doubt call them, their customer service is really good!

Sounds like a nice kit. Keep us up to date on it as it progresses.
