Do any of our resident grillers have any experience or thoughts on this ceramic insert and deflector kit for the Webber Kettle? Looks like it might be nice for indirect long cooks and at approx. $100.00 seems like something worth looking into.

Looks like a steal for $100 to me. Almost like you are converting your Weber into a semi Kamodo which is what I use 95% of the time for long cooks. My Kamodo (Pitboss from Costco) has the same set up with a ceramic heat deflector on top.
