Paint to restore a crusher/destemmer?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good grade red paint to touch up /restore a grape crusher/destemmer? It’s been incredibly hard to find!

Presque Isle says it sells something but they don’t deliver on that. The manufacturer of the product they offer, O’Sullivans, has their phones disconnected. You see my problem!
Any direction is appreciated

Sherwin-Williams sells a food grade paint for the inside of wine tanks. This may be what you need.

Their site doesn't say much other than the basics. If you have a Sherwin-Williams store near you, you might call them.

Have you considered powder coating?

When I restored this beast, I used a paint that passed EN71-3: 2019 standard for toys. I figured if it is good enough for babies, it is good enough for the 20 seconds it hits the crusher.
