WE has always been a one part fining agent. CC has always been a 2 part. You definitely need to dance "with the one who brung you" on this....

Well, used all packages as directed in the instructions, only exception is that not waited a full 24 hours to add the first chitosan, maybe 20 which is close enough....

Will let this sit quiet for 3 weeks with big head space (6.5gal Italian carboy).
Will rack once I come back from vacation....

Well well......just went to the basement to check this batch and to my biggest surprised it is already crystal clear....

WOW, that is what I call fast.....
