This may be a stupid questoin, but when you guys do a pech wine with say 70 ounds or so of peaches, do you use your normal 7 gallon primary or do you use one of the bigger 20 gallon fermenters? I' thawing my peaches right now and am thinking I may have a problem putting it into my normal bucket... I'm thinking I may need to invest in a brute or something...

You can use a brute, any food grade container will work. I would make sure the weight wouldn't split it. Definitely once filled you are not moving it.

You can always freeze some and do multiple batches.
