I back sweetened with a cup of sugar per gallon. You have to let it age at least a year. I don't add the raisins. I pretty much use this basic recipe for all the wines I make. I also don't use a hydrometer, I kinda just "use the force" 🤣
 
@beano ask any friends who hunt, they know where they are. I'm lucky to have a patch of trees on the land near me and the owner doesn't want them.
