Hello Everyone
I washed and removed skins of a batch of persimmon this past Sunday and placed them in the fridge. I planned to freeze the pulp but have been so busy I just simply forgot about them. I took them out today and they are now bubbling. I have NEVER wasted fruit like this
...EVER and simply hate to throw them out. What I can do...if anything? I appreciate any suggestions asap!
