Pet Nat from wine kit?

Just as the title says. Anyone ever make a pet nat from a wine kit?

I have an extra WineXpert Bergamais kit lying around and thought I would do something different.

On all the Bergamais kits I’ve made, the SG has started at 1.086 and ended just around 0.990.

At what SG would be good to bottle? Any other considerations?

I have not made a full-on Pétillant Naturel wine, but I have bottled some dry whites that were still a bit pétillant, due to not fully degassing the wine before bottling. In fact, just shared one with 5 friends last night, and taught them the word pétillant!
