A ph meter is the best way besides spending some serious cash on very expensive equipment. You use a ph meter and Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH .1N) by adding this solution into your sample very slowly until you get a reading on your meter of 8.2 and then do the math in which will vary according to the size sample and such. Google TA testing with a PH meter and youll come up with many different ways to do this, some mat make more sense then others to you as they do me as Im no chemist. Its not hard to do and if I can do it you surely can as Im not the smartest man when math and science come into play!
