phomopsis & little green bug

I have what i think is a case of phomopsis... seems to be mostly on the concords.
Any advice on getting rid of? I've been spraying mancozeb and captan already.

Also, see pic of this little bug... anyone know what this may be??

Looks like a Leafhopper to me, but I'm not an entomologist.

Looks more like a katydid to me. And the disease looks like phomopsis. I've never experinced it, so it would be new to me. But, I may be starting to have this issue due to the constant rain here (Ohio). I am behind on spraying as I understand it is bad form to spray in the rain. Maybe tomorrow I'll get to dose things down good.

Looks like phomopsis. I rotate in Topsin M for it.
