plum wine

We made a plum wine this summer, wife bought plums from a local store ( way too expensive), well we bottled it in Sept. and while rearranging my stash I found it. After 4 months in the bottle it is mighty fine. You could even say it plum delicious. ::

The Plum wine I made was Semi-sweet and was " CRAZY GOOD " with pepperoni pizza!!!

Mine was the Vinters Harvest and no real taste when it was done. Simmered down plum juice from grocery and add that! Very tasty.
