Ah, so it's okay to smoke a joint, drop acid, take ecstacy, etc., etc. To me it is self-evident, doing drugs while at work is a bad idea. Particularly if there is machinery that can cause injury. Maybe they need a generic HR statement, Illicit Drug use while at work is grounds for immediate firing??

I know, I know - OK Boomer.

Nothing to do with be being a Boomer. On occasion I make the guys lunch and we have a beer, Maybe one while cleaning up in the afternoon here and there.. They are adults, and it's not going to effect them much, but if they showed up wasted/high they would be sent home. If they were taking bathroom breaks, it would be the last time they were sent home.

I was just saying in a jocular manner, it is not usually a crew, one guy always ruins it for everyone else. That's why no one likes Darren!
