Yup. It's fun. I have one out there I haven't looked at for a month. I am happy to see the wildlife, since suburbia is fast eating up the countryside here.
Our little city of 35000 has lots of green spaces and lots of wildlife. These mule deer are in my next door neighbor's driveway. I have seen moose, red fox, and coyotes in city limits. There have been reports of cougars but I have never seen one.

Rooftops change the composition of the wildlife. Some thrive, some go away. For example, we used to have quail by the thousands. All gone now. It's good you are aware of it. Many city folks have no idea.
