Hey I searched and didn't see it anywhere so here goes.
You can usea pressure canner to sterilize gallon carboys, as they will fit perfectly in one at an angle if you only got a couple it's really good and easy to use. You just let it get to pressure for at least 10 minutes and then cool it off and your carboy is sterile, ( cheaper than getting them fixed and guaranteed to keep gallon carboys population down to a minimum) .
Anyway just thought I'd throw it out for anyone who may not know.
