Adding the PE at the same time as sulfite is another 1 of those do or do nots. I chooe to wait 12 since Im no chemist and dont truly know the answer. Obviously someone came up with this method but I dont think that Luc can truly come up with a true result as in my opinion it would require lab conditions and more then one or two batches to prove is disprove this.
