I had put a batch of strawberry kiwi together consisting of 42 lbs frozen strawberrie and 12 lbs fresh kiwi. all was good until the first time I went to stir it. I noticed that my 14 gallon fermentor was almost full to the top, so I raised the straining bag and it looks like there is about 10 gallons in there. maybe the moisture from the frozen berries? whatever the reason maybe I was in a hury and added that much water. my plan was to make a 6 gallon batch. the q is, could I just make a huge f pak to fix this after fermentation is done? right now its at 1.060 @ 68deg. f. it looks thinner than the other strawberry ive done I don't want to lose all the fruit to a stupid mistake. I would add more fruit right now, rather than an F pack later, but that's just me.

What was your starting gravity?

Add more fruit if you can. You really shouldn't add any or little water. Probably got all the frozen moisture from it.

You can add flavor afterwards but best to try to get more now.
