I’m curious how many times most of you rack your wine in a one year period before bottling.
In terms of volume, I make seven six gallon carboys per season.

1) about 24-48 hours after pressing
2) Upon completion of MLF - or a month or two after that
3) Into the barrel
4) Out of the barrel
5) Prior to bottling (maybe two here if there's sediment after blending)

This is for red wines from grapes. White wines, or wines from juice would probably see less.
