Wade: aging? None at all. Started this just after Labor Day. I'm not a big dessert wine person, but am enjoying this already. I hope most of it will sit for a while, but I've already given a couple bottles to friends who tried it from the carboy a couple weeks ago and loved it. It's yummy. I did fortify with just under a half bottle of brandy.
