received an aio as a gift today

when i first started making wine, and before i knew about the aio, i made a very crude one from an old ac compressor...weighed about 30 lbs, ugly,etc.
my sister told me she wanted to make wine, and i told her about the aio.she ordered one from Steve.
upon arrival she brought to me and said here, this is for you...
you have been making wine for me for a year and bearing the expense...
Hooked it up so she could see how it worked and promptly threw my home made one away....
Thanks Steve, and I might add....anyone that makes wine should have one...

Mine will be here tomorrow, can't wait! I have 4 batches of wine that need racking, degassing etc. hoping to use it with my beer making as well.

Hmmm I was talking about this yesterday with my Dad while bottling. He said there's always your birthday! So maybe having one will be on the horizon sometime in the bear future!
