I love that sound. Not all wine foam up. I did some Barolo that over foamed the primary. then did a Chardonnay at same time it just sparkled for 4 weeks

Did you use the recipe you posted in the beginning? 6 campden tablets to 6 gallons with no sorbate in there? If nothing starts tomorrow then make a starter yeast and once its going good add enough to dble the starter using some of your must and wait a few hours and then add some more until its tripled in size and going good then add that to your must.
