Rookie here any expert advice welcomed

I'm new to the wine making world just started my first batch 5 days ago 5 gallons of strawberry and startef 1 gallon of blackberry the next day

My question is what advice you experienced vintner have to offer someone just begining there journey....what is some tips or tricks you wish someone told you when you first started

Take a deep cleansing breath, do some yoga or maybe thi chi.
This wine you started might be ready in six months. Read lots of posts, even if they dont seem applicable. They will be eventually

Yea I'm learning that more an more as I go. I started this hoping to have it ready for christmas but oh well. Now I see why grandpa always when making wine you gotta hurry up and wait
