Hello all!

Been lurking for a month, reading away, and figured it was time to get my first post :)

I have two kits going right now, and have plans for at least 3-4 more kits before I try my hand at a non-kit recipe.

Going right now are
  • Vintners Reserve White Zin (off dry)
  • Island Mist Wildberry Shiraz (sweet)

Not big on really dry wines, more on the side of sweet.

Thanks all for the great forum and especially for all the users high participation!

Hi Regor,

Remember that when you get to making that "non-kit recipe" you can always sweeten a dry wine to taste after all fermentation has stopped and the wine is stabilized.

I haven't tried a kit yet but it sounds like a great way to have the process go smoothly. Best of luck and happy tasting!

welcome Regor, newbie to the winemaking world here as well. i have a vintners chardonnay kit fermenting right now

Ravens Fan here, that hurt

Well I guess you enjoyed the game last night then..? Gotta give it to Big Ben for havin heart, but that was hopeless. And I think the Ravens are a better team, chargers got lucky imo they cant get it together for nothing.

/end football talk(sorry, my #1 passion in life dont say nething about it unless you want me chiming in Lol)
