I told myself not more juice buckets but this got my curiosity up, i just got to figure what to add to it. Interesting since i may plant some of these grapes.

I like Noriet. There’s a winery called Beans Creek in TN between Cattanooga and Nashville that makes a Noriet wine that I pick up whenever I’m driving that stretch. I have a bottle right now in fact. They are always looking for fruit too so if you plant and have extra.... makes a good wine.

Thanks for the report Doug, I'm just hesitant to make any all juice wines anymore, they all turn out flat and lifeless. Not sure what to add to it.

Well the Noiret that I like is green peppercorn, rosemary and red raspberries according to the tasting notes. Seems like raspberries might work on the added fruit side?
