Seyval grapes?

I bought a bottle of seyval blanc from wills creek vineyards the other day. I tasted a sample before I bought it. It was really good, it was a really souped up sauvignon blanc I guess.

The grapes were grown near Albertville/Boaz Alabama. Got to find the source and try my hand at it next year.

I picked up 80 lbs of seyval blanc this fall along with some Chancellor.
I mixed 70 lbs of Seyval with 50 lbs of Peaches for a 15 gallon batch that is currently in the secondary's now.
I also mixed 10 lbs of Seyval with 25 lbs of strawberries from the freezer for a 6 gallon batch also in the secondary.
I have never tried either of these variations before but feel pretty confident they will turn out.

I know it's not a practical trip from FL but there is a vineyard near Pawpaw MI with acres of Seyval Blanc, this years crop went for $0.60/lb. This is a little lower than normal but this years crop in that region was bountiful.
