After many years I am making wine again. Beginners luck or I followed the words of mentors very well as the wine I made was exceptional. I have my hydro, glass tools and c-bright. Hopefully I can reproduce. We have a native grape grown commercially that makes a wonderful white I can only compare to a viognier. The Summit bronze muscadine. Now I have until Aug. before they are ready but I picked two five gal buckets of blackberries and can get in practice. If I can find sherry yeast.
